  after installing VMWare Workstation on a new machine I came across the above error which I'd never seen before – there were no currently-bridged adapters. I can see the VMware bridge driver on my host machines physical NIC. When I ran the same VM with workstation, there was no network connectivity at all. It isn't really a problem, but it causes the host to take a long time to boot. Anyone know how I can prevent the host from doing this?
